What is the minimum order?

For screen printing, the minimum is 12 pieces. You may combine styles to meet this minimum with the same design being printed in the same locations with the same ink colors. If ink color changes are required, please call for details. For embroidery, the minimum is 6 pieces.

How are garments priced?

Prices are based on the garment, the garment color, the total quantity, the number of ink colors and locations or thread colors and locations.

How can I lower the cost of my order?

By lowering the number of ink colors and locations or thread colors and locations, you can lower your costs substantially. Also, if you increase the quantity you can lower costs. Because orders are produced in bulk at one time, the costs to produce the order are spread out over the higher quantity and lower the per piece cost.

What are your quantity price breaks?

Quantity breaks 24, 48, 72, 144, 288, and 576. Please call for quantities above 576.

What is the least expensive t-shirt?

The least expensive shirt is a 5.3 ounce white t-shirt with a one color imprint on one side.

Can I combine different styles of garments for my order?

Yes, as long as the garments are receiving the same imprint, in the same location with the same ink colors, you can combine garments for quantity price break levels.

What is the largest print area?

Standard full size imprints are as large as 12" wide by 13" tall. Imprints up to 16”x 20” are available. Please call for details.

How large are standard designs?

Typically, left chest designs are approximately 4-5” wide. Full front or back designs are usually 10-12” wide. Tag Prints are usually 2-4” wide. Final size is really dependent on your custom design. We suggest making a copy of your image, cut it out to size and place it in the location you desire to see how it will look.

Do you match Pantone colors?

We can match Pantone colors you specify for $20.

Does black count as an ink color?

Black and white are colors and if needed for your design, count as an ink color.

How many ink colors can you print?

We print up to 9 spot colors. We recommend 1-2 colors maximum on less than 24 piece orders. For multi-color imprints, typically at 72 pieces the cost per color is not as significant and are more affordable. Please call for details.

Can you print a color photograph?

Yes, we use simulated process printing and CMYK process printing. We are experienced in printing high end images. Please send you art files and call for accurate pricing and details.

What is your turnaround time?

Our normal lead time is 7-10 business days. Rush order turnaround is available! Please call for details.

What is your return policy?

We have instituted an approval process you are in control of so that every order is produced exactly as you expect. If the custom products you receive differ from your approvals or the goods are defective, then you may request an RMA number to return any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately and we will review your order for replacement or refund.

Can I see my logo printed on a garment before I place my order?

Yes, set up charges and print charges will apply. Please call for details.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept personal and business checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Open terms accounts are available. Please request a credit application. We also accept purchase orders from schools and government entities.

What shipping options do you offer?

We use UPS or courier for ground shipments. If you have an account with Federal Express, we are happy to use any of their shipping options. If you prefer orders to ship on your shipper account, please provide us your account number when placing orders.

What areas do you ship to?

We service the continental United States. and ship outside the United States for businesses and groups located in the United States. We do not ship orders placed from outside the U.S.
